Description

We are looking for a suitable Restaurant Manager to manage one of our very elite and upmarket fine dining Syrian cuisine restaurant. The restaurant can accommodate over 100 pax. The Restaurant Manager shall be responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant including budgeting, planning, forecasting, promotions, manpower management, food setup, menu changes, customer service...etc. Skills/Experience required: •2 to 3 years of working experience as Restaurant Manager in a stand-alone similar fine dining restaurant or in star hotels •GCC experience is a must / Candidate handling fine dining restaurant in Dubai would be a right fit •proficient organizational and planning skills •proficient communication and interpersonal skills •proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and email
